Plane flights are increasing, and their greenhouse gas emissions are adding to the acceleration of climate breakdown. CAN supporters know that time is running out. So when news broke that Newcastle Airport wants to nearly double flights - including more long haul - the reaction of our CAN supporters was to take action at once. We've rolled our sleeves up and started work with other climate groups to spread the word and put tough questions to the airport and decision makers.
